Josh "OG" Gillespie was Director of Enterprise Sales at PandaDoc from 2014-2023, where he individually helped over 1000 companies successfully transition off of DocuSign. As its first sales hire, Josh played a crucial role in building PandaDoc's winning sales culture and strategies from the ground up. During his 9-year tenure, PandaDoc became a Unicorn growing from $0 to over $90M ARR and 800 employees. In the wild world of e-sign, nobody has helped more companies transition off of DocuSign than Josh Gillespie.

Josh is currently running the Enterprise sales program for Glassbox in California, a leading SaaS provider for digital experience intelligence. Outside of his professional life, Josh enjoys playing basketball, Bay Area adventures with his two dogs, and baking up deliciously complex desserts.

Tev Bonner

Business Development Manager

Tev is a Bay Area native with a passion for sports, fitness, and nutrition. After graduating from Sonoma State University, he pursued a career in personal training and was instrumental in taking LifeLight Fitness from $0-$1M ARR while building a clientele of over 650 members. Tev is an essential part of the team at LxD, bringing his passion and extensive experience in building businesses from the ground up with a daily, detail-oriented commitment to excellence.

When he’s not giving his all at LxD, he’s hanging out with his Run Club friends and camping/hiking at a National Park (Yosemite is his current favorite).

Shawn Alexandria

Content Strategist

With a dynamic career that bridges nonprofit leadership, hospitality management, and experiential marketing, Shawn Alexandria brings creativity and strategic insight to her role as Marketing Manager. A UC Santa Cruz graduate with a passion for innovative tech, media trends, and connecting consumers with great products, Shawn has honed her skills in diverse environments and brings a fresh, dynamic perspective to LxD. Her background in the performing arts and her hands-on experience in various industries have shaped her into an enthusiastic communicator and a versatile professional.

Her recreational interests include hiking, cooking, spending time with her dogs, and practicing yoga.
